Katy Perry hit with copyright judgment

Today a federal jury found that #KatyPerry’s “Dark Horse” improperly copied the Christian rap song “Joyful Noise” by Flame feat. Lecrae. The jury will decide tomorrow how much the plaintiffs are owed for copyright infringement.

Can you hear the similarities? I do. I feel like a lot of songs sound very much like each other. So I'm not sure this is copyright infringement. However I am also not a lawyer.
